Hitachi has a new touch screen IPS LCD for smart phone displays. As of now the current sweet pee in the market is Apple’s Retina display at 960×640, which is damn pretty. But the Hitachi Display is a staggering 1280×720, that’s literally high-definition. With such a beautiful display i cant wait to get my hands on it to watch hours and hours of..the food network (what? thought i was going somewhere else with that?). things got a contrast of 1000:1 too. which is almost as good a ration as my contrast to all the other writers, me winning thousands of times versus their one. Its set to be mass-produced in this coming October and is a sure-fire bet to be the displays for the smart phones of the future.
