Okay I havent done a pure hardware post in a while (or possibly ever) so here goes. OCZ has announced a new line of SSDs that are fast…in fact fast is not really a good enough description. It boasts 550 Mbps write speeds and 500 Mbps read speed. That’s like a DVD every second and a half! It connect via 6Gbps SATA ports and comes in 120GB and 240GB capacities (100GB, 200GB, and 400GB versions for the “pro” counterpart). Prices and whatnot havent been released yet but I’ll try to stay on top of it and le you know
