Unintentional Rhyme! So yeah apparently the 3DS will record all activity on the device, and if one of those activities happens to include tampering with the device for piracy purposes, you probably wont be able to turn that puppy in for a trade. I don’t really consider this much of a deterrent, as I will just sell it to some shcmuck on Craigslist or perhaps not sell it at all. Im more concerned about the fact that it records all activity, I kinda wanna know what that means before I use the handheld to make 3D “home movies”. Anyway I’ll try to update if I find this tracking goes any deeper.
